Speech & Language Development Australia (SALDA) is Australia’s peak body supporting and advocating for the needs of children and young people with language and related disorders. Established in 1976, the non-profit organisation ensures the delivery of its mission by providing holistic, innovative, and effective therapy, education, and support services. SALDA operates Australia’s only school dedicated to students with language disorders and provides support to school students across Queensland.
SALDA were looking for a way to streamline its payroll processes and achieve more with less. The charity was also experiencing problems with its existing payroll software. The software was unstable, crashed regularly and required a high level of manual intervention.
