Shareholders’ rights
As at 5th January 2012 (being the last practicable day prior to the publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting in 2012) the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,326,583,207 ordinary shares, comprising 13,047,113 shares held in treasury and 1,313,536,094 shares carrying one vote each. Therefore the total voting rights in the Company as at 5 January 2012 are 1,313,536,094.
