The twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting of The Sage Group plc will be held on Friday 1 March 2013.
Shareholders’ rights
As at 3 January 2013 (being the last practicable date prior to the publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting) the Company’s issued share capital consists of 1,329,829,880 ordinary shares, carrying one vote each, of which 126,025,800 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total exercisable voting rights in the Company as at 3 January 2013 are 1,203,804,080.
