Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Motivations- oder Feedbackgespr\u00e4che k\u00f6nnen helfen, den Austausch zwischen Mitarbeiter und F\u00fchrungskraft zu f\u00f6rdern. Sie geben Gelegenheit, die beruflichen Leistungen zu reflektieren und in einen Gesamtzusammenhang zu bringen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ist eine Fachkraft derzeit privat stark eingespannt, zum Beispiel mit der Pflege eines Angeh\u00f6rigen, und kann deshalb vor\u00fcbergehend nicht seine volle Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit abrufen? Dann bieten Sie ihm zum Beispiel ein Arbeitszeitmodell an, das seinen gegenw\u00e4rtigen Bed\u00fcrfnissen entgegenkommt!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oder hat ein Mitarbeiter im letzten Projekt mit au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich guten Ergebnissen gepunktet? Dann haben Sie mit der Aufgabe vielleicht einen Nerv getroffen und k\u00f6nnen den Angestellten gezielt in diese Richtung f\u00f6rdern!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Was immer Ihre Mitarbeiter auch bewegt &#8211; treten Sie mit ihnen in den Dialog. Nur so k\u00f6nnen Sie sie individuell unterst\u00fctzen und zu H\u00f6chstleistungen motivieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jahresgesprache-auf-augenhohe\">Jahresgespr\u00e4che auf Augenh\u00f6he<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Wissen aus den Feedbackgespr\u00e4chen dient Ihnen au\u00dferdem als Grundlage f\u00fcr die oft j\u00e4hrlich stattfindenden Zielvereinbarungsgespr\u00e4che. Auch hier blicken Sie auf das Geleistete zur\u00fcck und stellen die Weichen f\u00fcr die weitere Zusammenarbeit.
