Die Beitragsbemessungsgrenze in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung wird 2025 im Jahr 66.150 Euro und im Monat 5.512,50 Euro betragen. Diese Werte gelten auch f\u00fcr die Pflegeversicherung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/de-de\/blog\/lexikon\/arbeitnehmer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arbeitnehmer<\/a>, die am 31. Dezember 2002 privat krankenversichert waren, gilt seit Anfang 2003 die besondere Jahresarbeitsentgeltgrenze. Diese besondere Grenze wurde eingef\u00fchrt, da Anfang 2003 die allgemeine Versicherungspflichtgrenze von der Beitragsbemessungsgrenze entkoppelt wurde. Die besondere Versicherungspflichtgrenze sollte als Bestandsschutz dienen, sie liegt mittlerweile bei 66.150 Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbeitnehmer sind immer dann in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung pflichtversichert, wenn das Gehalt die Versicherungspflichtgrenze oder Jahresarbeitsentgeltgrenze nicht \u00fcbersteigt. Liegt das Gehalt dar\u00fcber, k\u00f6nnen Arbeitnehmer w\u00e4hlen, ob sie freiwillig versicherte Mitglieder in einer gesetzlichen Krankenkasse bleiben wollen oder sich privat versichern. F\u00fcr Selbstst\u00e4ndige und Beamte gilt, dass sich diese immer privat versichern k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die H\u00f6he des Gehalts, bis zu dem die Beitr\u00e4ge berechnet werden, legt die Beitragsbemessungsgrenze fest. Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, erh\u00f6hen sich die Beitr\u00e4ge nach dem Erreichen der Beitragsbemessungsgrenze nicht mehr. F\u00fcr die Krankenversicherung bel\u00e4uft sich der allgemeine Beitragssatz auf 14,6 % des Bruttoeinkommens. Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer zahlen jeweils die H\u00e4lfte. Au\u00dferdem werden von den Krankenkassen individuelle Zusatzbeitr\u00e4ge erhoben, deren H\u00f6he sich Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber ebenfalls teilen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Beitragssatz zur Pflegeversicherung ist nach der Zahl der Kinder gestaffelt und liegt zwischen 3,6 Prozent f\u00fcr Eltern mit einem Kind und 2,6 Prozent f\u00fcr Eltern mit f\u00fcnf Kindern. Kinderlose \u00fcber 23 Jahren m\u00fcssen einen Zuschlag und damit insgesamt 4,2 % f\u00fcr die Pflegeversicherung zahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Beitragssatz zur Rentenversicherung bel\u00e4uft sich nach wie vor auf 18,6 %. F\u00fcr die Arbeitslosenversicherung steigt der Satz im Jahr 2025 auf 2,6 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu beachten ist bei der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung das Mindesteinkommen. Das darf bei der Beitragsberechnung f\u00fcr freiwillig Versicherte und&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/de-de\/blog\/lexikon\/selbststaendig\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Selbstst\u00e4ndige<\/a>&nbsp;nie unterschritten werden. Das fiktive Drittel wurde mit einem Drittel der monatlichen Bezugsgr\u00f6\u00dfe festgelegt. Da der Mindestlohn zum 1. Januar 2025 auf 12,82 Euro angehoben wird, steigt auch die Verdienstgrenze bei Minijobs. Dann k\u00f6nnen Minijobber bis zu einer Summe von monatlich 556 Euro verdienen, ohne Sozialversicherungsbeitr\u00e4ge zu zahlen. Au\u00dferdem wird mit der jeweiligen Koppelung an den Mindestlohn die Zahl der Stunden, die Minijobber monatlich arbeiten d\u00fcrfen, neu festgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Midi-Jobs im so genannten \u00dcbergangsbereich beginnen 2025 bei einer Summe von 556,01 Euro und gehen bis 2.000 Euro.
