W\u00e4hrend, Smartphone und Download oder Arbeitsspeicher schon zum Alltagsgebrauch geh\u00f6ren, sind es ERP, CRM und HRM beispielsweise noch nicht. Im zweiten Teil unserer Serie \u201eNachgefragt&#8220; widmen wir uns dem Begriff Customer Relationship Management, kurz CRM. Was bedeutet das eigentlich? Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Unternehmen haben es damit schwerer. Um ihre Kunden zu pflegen, m\u00fcssen sie deren Daten wie Kontaktdaten, Adresse, aber auch Informationen zu Ansprechpartnern oder Sonderkonditionen ablegen. Das geschieht auf ganz unterschiedliche Weise. Die einen schreiben sie auf Karteikarten, die anderen arbeiten mit Excel-Tabellen. Dabei entsteht h\u00e4ufig das Problem, dass die Daten dezentral und doppelt an verschiedenen Orten gepflegt werden. Besser ist es sie zentral zu organisieren \u00fcber eine Software. Tools hierf\u00fcr gibt es von verschiedenen Herstellern. Quelle: Sage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Vorteile einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/de-de\/crm-software\/\">CRM-Software<\/a> liegen klar auf der Hand: Die Daten werden an einer Stelle gepflegt, auf die mehrere Nutzer Zugriff haben. So sind sie immer aktuell. Jeder im Unternehmen kann schnell auf sie zur\u00fcckgreifen. Per Klick erh\u00e4lt man alle relevanten Informationen, die man \u00fcber einen Kunden braucht, zum Beispiel: Kontaktdaten, Termine, Notizen, Angebote, Rechnungen etc. Daraus ergeben sich im Arbeitsalltag echte Vorteile. So wei\u00df der Supportmitarbeiter dank CRM-Software, welches Problem aktuell beim Kunden bearbeitet wird. Der Marketing-Experte kann einsch\u00e4tzen, wann eine E-Mail-Kampagne, die zum Beispiel daran erinnert, Kontaktlinsen nachzukaufen, Sinn macht.
