F\u00fcr die Erstellung des Business Modell Canvas ben\u00f6tigt man zuallererst einen gro\u00dfen Papierbogen. Auf diesen werden neun Felder eingezeichnet, die mit den Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren f\u00fcr Ihr Unternehmensmodell bezeichnet werden. Zu jedem dieser Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren werden nun Ideen in kurzen Stichpunkten auf Post-its notiert und in das entsprechend Feld geklebt &#8211; sie bleiben dadurch leicht ver\u00e4nder- und anpassbar. K\u00f6nnen Sie alle Felder in eine logische Struktur bringen, haben Sie ein erfolgsversprechendes Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell entwickelt.
