Sage will showcase products and solutions for small businesses to global enterprises covering enterprise verticals; integration and automation; People and Payroll; and Compliance, including VAT and GDPR.

05 September 2018

Sage, the market leader in cloud business management solutions, will have a major presence at the 38th GITEX Technology Week, which is the largest technology exhibition in the Middle East. The theme of Sage’s participation in the event is Putting People & Compliance at the Centre of Your Business Through Innovative Technology.

Sage’s GITEX showcase will centre on the Sage Business Cloud, a powerful set of cloud products spanning business accounting, advanced financial management and industry-specific enterprise management software. The platform evolves with customers as they grow, providing solutions for businesses from start-ups to large, global enterprises.

Mansoor Sarwar, Technical Director Middle East at Sage, said: “We are excited to be a sponsor at GITEX this year. The fast-growing Middle East region is a critical part of Sage’s global growth strategy. Events like GITEX offer us an opportunity to engage with existing and potential customers, partners and independent software vendors who gather from all parts of the world.”

“With the introduction of VAT and various smart government initiatives in the Middle East, businesses need to be able to trust their solution providers to do more than just offer software. At Sage, we partner with our customers and support them throughout every stage of their business journey.”

At the exhibition, Sage will showcase its full suite of products, from Sage Business Cloud Accounting to Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management. Sage will showcase industry-specific capabilities within the transport and logistics, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, warehousing, retail and distribution verticals.

It will demonstrate how it can help businesses  address new compliance challenges, such as the advent of the Global Data Protection Regulation in Europe and the introduction of VAT in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

The business solutions provider will also be hosting Sage Sessions at its stand about digital transformation and best practices across verticals and will be exhibiting in Hall 7 Stand D7-34.
