While your real culture \u2013 how people behave and treat each other, and what\u2019s tolerated and discouraged \u2013 is the 90 percent below water level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many leaders invest heavily in lofty vision statements and or comprehensive policies and procedures that attempt to create a company culture from the top down. Is it the bleeding-edge technology more established organisations aren\u2019t willing to take a risk on?
