want to make sure you can get the most out of your business software when you need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that in mind, we\u2019ve made a number of enhancements to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-ca\/sage-business-cloud\/accounting\/\">Sage Accounting<\/a>&nbsp;that will make a noticeable difference to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time is precious and finding ways to streamline how you manage your business admin and finances is key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how Sage Accounting can help you with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-add-attachments-to-sales-transactions\">Add attachments to sales transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the highest requests on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sagebusinesscloudaccounting.ideas.aha.io\/ideas\">Accounting Ideas portal<\/a>&nbsp;(see the \u2018Got a product improvement idea\u2019 section below for more on this) was: \u201cIt would be really helpful to be able to add a document to a quote.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And further to this was: \u201cI might just want to attach a document but choose not to send it \u2013 just keep it as a record.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to this feedback, sales attachments are now available for you to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can streamline the communications between you and your customers by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.accounting.sage.com\/en-ca\/accounting\/invoicing\/attachments-accounting.html?tocpath=Sales%7CSales%20invoices%7C_____11\">adding attachments<\/a>&nbsp;to all your sales transactions (be it a sales invoices, sales credit notes, quote, estimate, or recurring invoice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As requested, you can choose whether to make the attachments visible to customers. Handling your CIS deductions just got easier as these deductions are now automatically calculated on your mobile app transactions and payments.
