Conversely, it tells you the churn and downgrades from your existing customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GRR is best used in conjunction with other\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-us\/sage-business-cloud\/intacct\/industry\/subscription-saas\/saas-metrics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SaaS metrics<\/a>. GRR tells you how happy your customers are and reflects the stability of your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how you calculate GRR.
