Restart your career, get in touch

You haven't been out of the loop, you’ve been in training! If you can negotiate with three-year-olds; if you’ve been taking special care of clients in a charity shop; if you’ve been serving your country in the forces, whatever you've been busy with — we could use your skills!

Are you looking to return to work after a career break or seeking to restart your career in an inspiring, flexible, and supportive place to work?

Our Sage Pathways program is designed to help people who have held professional or military roles in the past to join the workplace in a flexible and supported way.

Sage Pathways is a ‘supported-hiring’ program where you will be recruited into a real position within Sage and provided with training and support that can ultimately lead to a variety of career pathways.

A mentor will guide you on the job so you will have lots of support and direction. You will also be introduced to a Sage ‘buddy’ to help you navigate the business and your return to work (as we know that can be the tough part). Most importantly, you’ll be part of a community of people returning to work, so you’ll never feel alone.

Working with us

Supporting professionals returning to work through our Sage Pathways program is just one way of showing how important people are to us. We love our people, and they love us back; whether it's due to our development culture, the volunteering days, flexible working, or just the fun our colleagues have at work. We are incredibly proud of our supportive, engaging, creative, and forward-thinking business. There really can’t be a better place to return to work!

Starting with us

If you are one of the successful new starters, your first day will introduce you to life at Sage and you will meet your fellow new starter colleagues. Your first week will be focused on providing you with core foundational knowledge in your supported skill, which we will build on week by week.

You will also meet your mentor, line manager, and buddy, and be provided with a full overview of your training program.

Return to work in a place that matters and cares

Every day at Sage, we support and enable the success of our customers around the world. We’re not just another technology company, we champion and celebrate the entrepreneurs and small businesses of the world. We grow as a family, we spark conversations, we share the love, and we believe in giving back to the community. Return to work with us — where colleague success walks hand in hand with customer success and innovation.

The Sage Foundation

We take our responsibility to the communities in which we live and work very seriously, and through our Sage Foundation, we help disadvantaged communities in all the countries where we operate. We are committed to transforming lives by investing our time, money, expertise, and technology to create sustainable social, economic, and entrepreneurial opportunities. When you join Sage, you will be able to play your part through 5 days of volunteering with a charity of your choice every year.
