In addition to research, Megha has aided vendors with go-to-market engagements to improve market awareness and provide end users with essential guidance on technology adoption. She regularly interacts with CIOs and IT decision makers regarding their technology preferences, priorities, and concerns. 

Michael Cheong, Hon. BA, MBA, CPA, CMA 
Chief Financial & Operating Officer, United Way Greater Toronto 

 Michael Cheong is United Way’s Chief Financial & Operating Officer. Michael leads the Strategic Finance, Controllership, Operations & Analytics and IT-Technology Solutions teams for the organization. 

Michael has extensive experience in finance leadership, controllership, planning and analysis, policy and compliance, enterprise resource planning, and various finance transformation projects, with a focus on increasing efficiency of the organization’s processes and procedures to enable corporate strategic objectives. Michael’s primary mandate is to support strategic development and to plan the future growth of United Way from a financial perspective.

Susan Pearlston is the Product Marketing Manager for Sage Intacct Canada. She has over 20 years of experience in the ERP industry and has worked for software companies ranging from start-ups to global leaders, in various sales and marketing roles.
