For example, you may have it stored on your computer, Google Drive, Photos, or elsewhere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your logo will be uploaded and inserted into the template, below which you can add your business information including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>business name\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>address\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>phone number\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>email address\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>website information (if any).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, Google Docs has a handy auto-save feature, which removes the need for you to manually save your template.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-include-your-client-information-nbsp\"><strong>4. Build your invoice table<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Insert<\/strong> (in the menu bar), select <strong>Table<\/strong> and select the number of columns you need to fit the following information:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description: description of your product or service\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quantity: number of your products or service hours\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unit price: price per product or per hour\/day\/week of service\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total: total cost for each product or service.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel free to add rows to fit your usual number of products or services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below the invoice table, add rows for:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subtotal\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VAT (if you will go over the exception threshold in a year.
