From opening keynotes to one-on-one connections, Day 1 set the tone for a new era of High-Performance Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CEO Steve Hare laid out <strong>Sage<\/strong> <strong>High-Performance Financial Software<\/strong>\u2014built to help CFOs lead confidently with smarter tools, executive-level training, and a dynamic peer network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe are deeply passionate about providing the best solutions that enable high performance for our customers.\u201d <\/em><\/p><cite>Steve Hare, Sage CEO<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme echoed across sessions, demos, and conversations on the expo floor: <strong>High Performance is more than a goal\u2014it\u2019s a philosophy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-else-happened-on-day-1\">What else happened on Day 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Mayor of Atlanta, Andre Dickens, welcomed attendees to the city, a growing centre for business and innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sage CTO Aaron Harris shared how Sage has been building AI into its platform for years, reinforcing trust, efficiency, and innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The launch of the <strong>High-Performance CFO Academy<\/strong>, in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.growcfo.net\/\">GrowCFO<\/a>, was announced, giving ambitious finance leaders a continuing professional education (CPE)-accredited route to leadership development within the Sage ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-it-matters\">Why it matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to new Sage research, <strong>90% of CFOs say their role has significantly expanded<\/strong>, and many now have their sights set on the CEO seat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But only <strong>31% feel they\u2019re leading digital transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s where Sage comes in\u2014with technology and training designed for this new reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With <a
