carry out many more sophisticated People-related functions with less manual effort and human error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are lots of systems on the market and they\u2019re all different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many larger and growing organisations look for a solution that can integrate with other management information systems, such as financial software, payroll or operational
