href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-gb\/blog\/real-time-information-rti-the-basics\/\">P11<\/a> is a way of recording information about all payments and deductions you make to your employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It must be kept on a P11 form or in an equivalent payroll record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P11 records must be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-gb\/blog\/tax-codes-business\/\">kept<\/a> if you pay an employee at the Lower Earning Limit or above or your employee has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-gb\/blog\/tax-codes-business\/\">tax code<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Record your information easily with the <a
