will be sent to you by HMRC if an employee\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-gb\/blog\/glossary\/what-are-tax-codes\/\">tax code<\/a> changes during the tax year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new code should be used from the first pay day after you receive the notification, unless you\u2019re told otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The
