digital link between your business and HMRC so you can report your taxes digitally, as the legislation demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notably, a bridging tool doesn\u2019t take care of the other requirements for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-gb\/blog\/making-tax-digital\/\">Making Tax Digital<\/a>, such as digital record keeping, and it doesn\u2019t ensure your systems are digitally linked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is why many suggest bridging tools shouldn\u2019t be used as anything other than a very temporary stopgap
