Dear Customer,
The UK and Ireland currently finds itself in an unprecedented situation. The coronavirus pandemic challenges us all to pull together - as people, as communities, as businesses and as friends.
Here at Sage we have 3000 colleagues in six offices, and we support over a million businesses across the UK and Ireland. We take this responsibility very seriously.
The health and safety of our colleagues is paramount, and we have put plans in place to help protect them, whilst minimising any impact on the service and support of our customers. We have implemented a work from home policy across all of our offices. We’re also giving colleagues plenty of flexibility to look after their dependants and themselves, as well as giving back to our communities through Sage Foundation.
We recognise that you, and a million other companies in the UK, rely on our software and our people to power your business and livelihood. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to limit any impact.
We continue to monitor the situation closely in order to reduce risks for our customers, partners, and colleagues. We have robust global, regional, and local business continuity plans in place which are regularly reviewed.
Sage is here to help your business through good times, and these more challenging times. As a Sage customer, you will know that we have tools that let you work remotely, manage your costs and cashflow, and help you to make smart decisions to look after the safety of your business and your people.
We’ve also created a hub with some key information that you might find useful as you respond to the ever-changing situation. This includes information to help enable your business to work from home, our Sage Advice blog with details on how to prepare for coronavirus and useful resources from government and other official sources. We’ll keep this regularly updated, directing you to new sources of guidance as the situation changes.
We want to do more, and we want to hear from you. If you have any thoughts or ideas about what we could be doing practically to help more, then please do get in touch.
Stay safe,
Sabby Gill
Executive Vice President and Managing Director, UK & Ireland
