This Promotion (defined below) is brought to you by Sage Global Services Limited whose registered office is at C23 - 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way Cobalt Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE28 9EJ ("Sage", "we", "us", "our").
By agreeing to this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for the Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
This Promotion is only available to residents of England, Wales and Scotland over the age of 18 who purchase qualifying Sage Accounting and/or Payroll Software (the “Products”), excluding any free trial(s) for the Products, between 1 June 2023 – 19 June 2023.
The promotion includes a £30, £40, £80 or £100 gift card, dependant on purchases of, and a continued subscription of at least three (3) consecutive months from date of purchase to a particular Product tier: (i) £40 gift card for purchases of Accounting Start; (ii) £80 gift card for purchases of Accounting Standard; (iii) £100 gift card for purchases of Accounting Plus); (iv) £30 gift card for purchases of any Payroll tier; and (v) where you purchase Payroll with Accounting you will receive a gift card to the value of the Payroll gift card plus the gift card value associated with the Accounting tier purchased as set out in this clause (“Promotion”). The gift cards can be redeemed with any of the following suppliers - Just Eat, Amazon or Tesco. We will issue your gift card after three (3) payments of your subscription and no later than 15 September 2023. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
This Promotion is only available to new customers only. If, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, you already have an active subscription to the Products you will not be eligible for this Promotion.
If you upgrade a particular Product tier to Accounting Standard or Accounting Plus, you will only be entitled to receive the gift card value at the date of your initial purchase.
You will only be eligible for the Promotion if you continue to be subscribed to the Product(s) for three (3) consecutive months from the date of purchase. Where you purchase Accounting and Payroll and you cancel a subscription prior to the third subscription payment date, you will only be eligible for the gift card associated with your active subscription.
This Promotion will commence on 1 June 2023 and shall continue until 11:59 pm 19 June 2023 where it will expire automatically without notice.
A participant in the Promotion who is eligible to receive a gift card shall only be entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) gift card.
To take advantage of this Promotion place an order for a Product. By taking part in this Promotion, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
The gift card will be issued by our third party supplier ‘ReachDesk’ after three (3) payments of your subscription. By proceeding, you agree to ReachDesk’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on their website here: https://reachdesk.com/privacy-policy. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not agree to these terms and conditions.
If the gift card is not claimed within fourteen (14) days of the date it was issued, the gift card will expire without notice. Sage reserves the right to reissue the gift card if not claimed within fourteen (14) days of issue.
You acknowledge and agree that Sage reserves the right to confirm that you are eligible for the Promotion.
This Promotion cannot be used with any other promotion unless specifically indicated.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions relating to this Promotion and to withdraw the Promotion at any time.
This Promotion is not available to any employees of Sage Global Services Limited.
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by us, or for fraud.
The Promotion shall be governed by these terms and conditions, together with any other terms which are referred to herein. In relation to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other promotional terms and conditions made available by Sage.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England shall apply.
