Terms and conditions relating to the Sage HR promotional offer (the “Promotion”)

  1. This Promotion is brought to you by Sage Global Services Limited t/a Sage HR whose registered office is at C23 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE28 9EJ ("Sage", "we", "us", "our"). 
  2. By purchasing Sage HR (the “Product”) and using this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for the Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
  3. All purchases of the Product will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase and product/service specific terms and conditions of use. These can be found at https://www.sage.com/en-gb/legal/terms-and-conditions/. 
  4. The Promotion is for 100% off Sage HR (the “Product”) for the first three (3) payment months (the “Discount”). For the avoidance of doubt, no VAT or equivalent sales tax will be payable by you in respect of the first 3 payment months.
  5. This Discount applies to the Product and additional modules only, it does not apply to add-ons and third-party products. The Discount only applies to 1 user licence.  
  6. Following the end of the Discount period set out in condition 5 above, unless our agreement with you is terminated in accordance with the terms referred to in condition 3 or we agree otherwise with you in writing, you will automatically be charged our standard list price for the Product. 
  7. This Promotion is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18. 
  8. This Promotion is only available to you if, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, you do not already have an active subscription to the Product, an active Sage Cover Membership Agreement to the Product and/or an active subscription to the Product as part of a wider product package. In addition, the Promotion is only eligible for businesses with up to a maximum of 100 employees. 
  9. This Promotion will commence on 16 October 2023  and shall continue until 31 December 2023 when it will expire automatically without notice. Upon expiry of the Promotion, all fees for the Products will revert to the current recommended retail price.

  11. By taking part in this Promotion, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which can be found at https://www.sage.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-and-cookies/. 
  12. This Promotion cannot be used with any other promotion unless specifically indicated.
  13. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions relating to this Promotion and to withdraw the Promotion at any time.
  14. This Promotion is not available to any employees of Sage Global Services Limited.
  15. If you make use of a Promotion and subsequently cancel the subscription to the Product forming part of the Promotion, we reserve the right to remove the Discount and revert to the standard list price for the Product.
  16. We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by us, or for fraud.
  17. The Promotion shall be governed by these terms and conditions, together with any other terms which are referred to herein. In relation to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other promotional terms and conditions made available by Sage.
  18. These rules are governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England shall apply.
