Normal Business Operations during temporary Asia Office Closure (Work-From Home Measure)

We are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 with the safety of our colleagues, customers, partners and their families as our top priority.

Our Sage Asia Business Continuity measures have already been implemented and enable us to continue our business operations as per normal, to provide you with the same high level of service without disruption.

Following our Sage global directive on managing our business operations during this time of COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our Sage offices in Singapore and Malaysia and asked all Sage staff, both in Singapore and Malaysia to work from home until further notice using laptops and the latest communications tools. In Malaysia, if and when the Movement Control Order is lifted, our employees will continue to work from home. We ask that any packages or deliveries to the Asia offices be postponed to a later date.

We are confident we have the proper business continuity plans in place to continue to support our customers and partners and will prevent or minimise service disruption by enabling a distributed workforce to operate in real time. But rest assured that Sage is here to help our customers work their way through this uncertainty.
