Here are the latest enhancements we\u2019ve made to our Sage Accounting plans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quick approval for quotes and estimates<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Quotes and estimates can now be easily approved or rejected with a single click. Users can also add a reason for any rejections, so you gain the level of detail and context you need to take action\u2014whether that\u2019s adjust the item or raise an invoice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales invoice improvements<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Plan: Start, Standard<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now easily view the history of all sales invoices\u2014including details, current status, and any previous activity. This helps with deciding when and how to chase late payers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer statement improvements<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can now stay informed when running customer statements by including yourself in all communications\u2014including automated monthly statements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means you\u2019ll always know the current delivery status for each customer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjust stock balances with Import<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to a new File Import type, you can now bulk update stock quantities and pricing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means you no longer have to spend hours manually making individual updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile purchase capture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To make managing your expenses simpler, we\u2019ve updated our mobile app so you can now capture receipts and purchase invoices while you\u2019re on the go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This automatically pulls out the key details and saves them in the platform, helping you keep a closer eye of cash flow and reduce mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recurring invoicing batch management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can now manage recurring invoices more efficiently by activating, deactivating, and cancelling them in batches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, you no longer have to manually update each individual recurring invoice if you need to make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sort, search, filter recurring invoices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a range of new functions to make managing recurring invoices simpler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From filtering by status to sorting, showing and hiding columns, you can take finer control of the information you see, and adjust your workflow to suit you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create refunds from bank feeds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A new update allows you to easily allocate the correct transaction type for refunds by customers and suppliers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now also record partial refunds without having to delete and redo transactions manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can now quickly and easily change any invoices you\u2019ve already created. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So, if you want to add another item, reorder or copy lines, or format the document, you can jump back into the editor at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Export contact and products in an importable format<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When you export Contacts and Products data, it will now be in a format that can be reimported later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This means you don\u2019t need to manually change records, which saves a lot of time, particularly when you need to restart or move a client subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Update Contact and Product records with Import<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You no longer have to manually update Contact and Product records one by one. We\u2019ve added a new option that allows you to make a bulk update using a file import. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During this import, you can update or skip any existing records, making it easier than ever to replace data such as stock prices and quantities, and contact settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Smart reporting drill from ledger account balance to nominal activity detailed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To help you gather and better understand insights from your financial data, we\u2019ve added the capability to drill down into deeper detail directly from summarised financial statements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can quickly get into the granular detail, identify discrepancies, backtrack numbers, and find ways to be more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
