worry they don\u2019t have the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-ie\/blog\/digital-skills-accountants-need\/\">right skills<\/a> as the industry evolves, and 41% want to dedicate more time to upskilling themselves or others on their team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the majority, upskilling is a priority to develop key attributes such as becoming more reliable for their clients, getting better at client relationships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Globally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-ie\/accountants\/\">accountants and bookkeepers<\/a> want to get back to human, personal client interactions. You may already be familiar with generalist tools, but the true power of generative AI lies in accounting-specific tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider which of your processes you could start to automate, focussing on repeatable tasks that aren\u2019t time-sensitive first.
