Jed:<\/strong> Hi. Hi Peter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> Hello. What\u2019s your name?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> Jed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> Hi Jed. Great to meet you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> Nice to meet you too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina:<\/strong> Hi Peter, I\u2019m Nina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> Nina, great to meet you. So you\u2019re the guys that are interviewing me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina and Jed:<\/strong> Yeah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> Wow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina:<\/strong> Are you nervous?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> I am now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina:<\/strong> Are you ready to talk about performance?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> I\u2019m ready to talk about performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina:<\/strong> Not as in acting or sports. Business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> Ok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> How can business people get out of doing boring stuff, so they can do the exciting stuff instead?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> So, how do you get out of it? I think the only way you can get out of it is, you\u2019ve got to automate your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So you\u2019ve got to get a good piece of software and then you\u2019re going to have far more time to go and do other things in the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina:<\/strong> What does elevate mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> Elevate? Well, actually, elevate is different things for different people but elevate, to me, is about growing or doing something better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, how do you elevate a business?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You elevate a business by doing certain things in the business to make it perform better than it would normally perform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having so much paperwork that you\u2019ve just got to shift papers from one place to another, that\u2019s pretty boring, isn\u2019t it? You want to have a bit more fun than that, don\u2019t you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You want to make calls to people. You want to go out to meetings, meet people and try to drive business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make your life easier, so that when you actually get information in, you put it on to a computer, store it, you can get on with doing other fun things like talking to customers and trying to get more business in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you think that\u2019s a good idea?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nina and Jed:<\/strong> Yeah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> Performance is doing better than your competition. Who can blow up a balloon the fastest?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> A balloon?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> Yep. So, I\u2019ve got a\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter:<\/strong> What, between us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> Yeah, just between us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Peter, Nina and Jed blow up their balloons \u2013 Peter finishes first]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jed:<\/strong> I\u2019m guessing Peter wins, then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
