With Covid-19, many businesses have been forced to rethink their operation models to keep themselves relevant in the pandemic. Much of the commentary around Covid-19 has been about adapting to the \u2018new normal\u2019, as health restrictions and social distancing continue to be implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
