Overall, there were 85 organization of all sizes honored this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet The Bay Area News Group\u2019s strict standards for organizational health. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey, and several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, connection, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bay Area News Group notes, \u201cTop Workplaces has a deep legacy of recognizing the best and most rewarding work environments for local employees. It provides tremendous value for the companies, its employees and job seekers looking to work for the best and brightest the Bay Area has to offer. Companies that have been crowned as one of the Top Workplaces have thoroughly demonstrated a commitment to their employees through outstanding leadership and to their local communities through various charitable and volunteer initiatives. The award is not only a great way to reward employees for outstanding teamwork, but also to recruit some of the finest talent from around the globe.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortune Best Small and Medium Workplaces <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

But it doesn\u2019t end there. Sage Intacct was named to the Fortune Best Small & Medium Workplaces 2020<\/a> list. This marks the fifth straight year on this coveted list!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To determine the 2020 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, Great Place to Work analyzed confidential survey feedback representing more than 189,000 employees working in small- and medium-sized businesses in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All. 85% of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization. Great Place to Work analyzes these experiences relative to each organization\u2019s size, workforce make up, and what\u2019s typical relative to their peers in the industry. The remaining 15% of the rank is based on an assessment of all employees\u2019 daily experiences of innovation, the company\u2019s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they\u2019re consistently experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
