It\u2019s easy to create a new Project Price List. Include any combination of UOM\u2019s in your pricing models, including by day, by shift, by hour, consumables, and AP expenses. Configure regular and overtime rates, or define the number of hours in a \u201cday\u201d or \u201cshift.\u201d Specific employees can have their own rate. Assign your new Project Price List to your new or existing Project you create in the Sage Intacct Project Billing Module by just selecting it from a list. Your pricing is applied to any child projects under a parent project if you assign the Project Price List at the parent level. It will also be applied to any current or new child projects. You can select the level to invoice and the system will automatically include your selected parent- or child-level projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quickly see what\u2019s available to be billed, including billable A\/P purchases, expense reports, and timesheets with the Pre-Bill Report that\u2019s built in. While reviewing your outstanding billables, you can filter the list by Customer, Project, Project Type, or Project Manager to see only what you want to see. The report displays Approved time entries by default, but you can easily choose to include Drafted, Submitted, and Declined time in your Pre-Bill Report as well. Filter your date range, or use an \u201cAs of\u201d date filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
