Let us help!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sage Intacct Lease Accounting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">ASC-842 is the new lease accounting standard issued by the FASB stating that all leases longer than 12 months need to be recorded on the balance sheet. This new standard has brought about a substantial change in lease accounting processes. Companies with a handful or more leases may find themselves uncertain, behind, or overwhelmed with adopting the new standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Sage Intacct Lease Accounting (currently in the Early Adopter phase, with General Availability slated for early 2023) solves for this. Lease Accounting helps lessees transition to the new standard while automating much of the manual work that takes countless hours out of the month.
