If your nonprofit organization utilizes grant funding, you know managing grants takes a lot of work. The grant management lifecycle has two parts\u2014pre-award and post-award. Pre-award encompasses all the work that goes into earning a new grant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These relationships are built on trust, accountability, and transparency, as well as a shared interest in your organization\u2019s mission. The first few grants are the hardest to win. After you have an established track record, you are likely to get additional grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Automate grantor reporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Most grantors require regular reporting, demonstrating accountability and transparency in the work your organization is doing.
