href=\"https:\/\/www.history.com\/topics\/gay-rights\/the-stonewall-riots\">1969 Stonewall riots<\/a> and to work towards creating an equitable and inclusive environment for the LGBTQ2+ community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Sage, Pride is more than just a month and more than just a rainbow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the North American lead for Pride@Sage, our internal colleague success network, I know Sage is doing its part to ensure our LGBTQ2+ colleagues, customers, and partners can live their lives free to bring their whole self to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlights of some changes Pride@Sage has worked on include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sage and our colleagues have donated time and funds to LGBTQ2+ charity partners, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/lnfy.org\/\">Lost-N-Found Youth<\/a> an organization that helps LGBTQ+ Homeless Youth get back on their feet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As part of our larger diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, our talent acquisition team has partnered with organizations like <a href=\"https:\/\/outintech.com\/\">Out in Tech<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.queertech.org\/\">Queer Tech<\/a> to increase our LGBTQ2+ talent pool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our product teams are working to update our terminology to support an inclusive, non-binary approach, for example changing \u201cman hours\u201d to \u201cperson hours.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As we celebrate the progress we have made thus far, we recognize there is still more to be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our vision is to create an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and be given an equal opportunity and an equal voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that goal in mind, here are 12 books \u2014 recommended by Pride@Sage colleagues \u2014 to
