It\u2019s probably why the Chicago-based general contractor is so successful. With main markets in health care, retail, and commercial construction, the company brings in about $350 million worth of work and has won numerous awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur employees are the number one reason we are where we are today,\u201d says Jerry Ball, CFO of Skender.
