Conversely, it tells you the churn and downgrades from your existing customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GRR is best used in conjunction with other&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-us\/sage-business-cloud\/intacct\/industry\/subscription-saas\/saas-metrics\/\n\">SaaS metrics<\/a>. GRR tells you how happy your customers are and reflects the stability of your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how you calculate GRR. You can swap&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/en-us\/blog\/glossary\/what-is-annual-recurring-revenue-arr\/\n\">annual recurring revenue (ARR)<\/a>&nbsp;for MRR if you operate on an ARR
