Just consider that 71% of construction firms say they will increase their headcount this year alone, according the 2016_Construction_Hiring_and_Business_Outlook_Report.
Things are definitely changing for construction professionals and craft workers. For one, the construction industry is moving from technology laggard to leader in the use of many new technologies. Look in the offices and on the job sites of today’s construction companies and you’ll see cell phones, smart tablets, electronic building models, drones, even virtual reality tools and robots.
