Let your customers pay you faster with Sage 50!

Introducing Sage Invoice Payments, a new way to make it easy for customers to pay you quickly and easily using a “Pay Now” option.

Easy payment choices for you and your customers

Collecting payments just got a whole lot easier. By enabling the feature in Sage 50 and connecting  it with integrated payment services from PayPal and Stripe1, you can get paid faster than ever through this online process.

The new Invoice Payments feature in Sage 50 reduces your time to payment, increases your cash flow, and automatically records the cash receipt for you. There’s nothing additional to buy -- the Invoice Payments feature is included with the latest release of Sage 50

Here’s how it works:

Get started in 2 simple steps

With a streamlined onboarding process, you can be up and running in less than five minutes. And once set up, you can start emailing invoices with the “Pay Now” option and your customers can easily pay right away. You can even email multiple invoices at once.

Step 1: Activate and Connect

Select “Invoice Payments" from the Services menu and walk through the guided process

(If you don’t see Invoice Payments in the menu, select “Check for Updates” to download the latest version.)

Step 2: Email an invoice and get paid electronically

Open an existing invoice and send. Continue with all open invoices to get paid now.

Good news for your customers using Microsoft Outlook

Sage now offers the Microsoft Pay experience for even faster and easier payments. When using the Stripe payment service, customers opening invoices in Outlook can pay directly with saved credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal.

Once Invoice Payments is activated with Stripe, there’s nothing more for you to do. Email your invoices with the Pay Now option enabled and Outlook will deliver the Microsoft Pay experience whenever possible.  View the quick video to see it in action.
