Sage Payroll HCM helps the human resources (HR) department hire and retain employees, and transforms HR from tactical to strategic with actionable information and tools for small and medium businesses (SMBs).
Sage Payroll HCM is a new, fully integrated set of add-on features available to Sage Payroll Solutions customers. Human capital management tools connect high-performing candidates and employers by automating recruiting and candidate management and employee onboarding processes.
Using Sage Payroll HCM, small and medium businesses can streamline employee lifecycle management through a cloud offering, with payroll and accounting at the core, allowing for highly configurable workflows and dynamic reporting and compliance.
