Create an invoice

*Pay Now button applies to Sage 50 and Sage Accounting. Sage 300 allows you to pay, but uses a different button. 

Accepting payments online FAQs

Create an invoice within your Sage software with a Pay Now* link, then email it instantly to your customer.

Once your invoice is paid, the payment is automatically reconciled to your accounts.

Online payments include credit or debit card payments, as well as pre-authorized debit.

Payments can be made from providers such as PayPal or Stripe, or directly from an account or card.

Sage also offers the option for invoices to be fully or partially paid to provide flexibility for you and your customers.

First, you'll need to connect to Invoice Payments within your Sage software.

 Then, connect to PayPal or Stripe. Simply sign into Stripe or PayPal if you already use it, or create a new account to get started.

 Get paid with speed and ease thanks to the Pay Now button on invoice templates provided for you in your software, or add the button to your customized invoices for a personalized feel.
