Sage surveyed 3,500 employees across companies of all sizes in multiple countries, in order to get their perspectives with a view to addressing issues that stifle productivity.

Research findings show that:
- Over a third of employees are productive less than 30 hours per week
- A positive work experience is critical, according to 78% of respondents
- Employees and employers differ on what’s important, resulting in a tangible disconnect
