En el caso de los trabajadores\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a tiempo parcial<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0el control horario se regula en el art\u00edculo 12<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.4 c)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">del ET que establece lo siguiente.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A estos efectos, la jornada de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial<\/span><\/i><b><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0se registrar\u00e1 d\u00eda a d\u00eda y se totalizar\u00e1 mensualmente<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, entregando copia al trabajador, junto con el recibo de salarios, del resumen de todas las horas realizadas en cada mes, tanto las ordinarias como las complementarias a que se refiere el apartado\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/i><span
