primeros resultados de las <strong>inspecciones laborales<\/strong> desde la puesta en marcha de la ley de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/es-es\/productos\/sage-control-horario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">control horario<\/a>. Los datos, correspondientes a los primeros seis meses desde su aplicaci\u00f3n, muestran un incremento de expedientes y multas respecto al semestre anterior.<\/p>\n<h3>Algunos datos<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En total se han <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">detectado\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">infracciones\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">en el\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">18,3% de las empresas inspeccionadas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0(615 empresas)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">La c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">uant\u00eda de las sanciones\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">reclamadas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">asciende a\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">1,26 millones de euros<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">, repartidas de esta forma:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"9\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">1,15 millones<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de euros<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0por expedientes sobre\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">tiempo de trabajo<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">, como horas extras no remuneradas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"9\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">113.000\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">euros<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">por expedientes\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">relacionados\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">exclusivamente sobre el registro de jornada<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">De media, las empresas han sido sancionadas con 1.000 euros de multa.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En las actuaciones de esta campa\u00f1a se ha revisado la existencia del registro de jornada y \u00e9ste se ha utilizado como medio de prueba para la realizaci\u00f3n de la actuaci\u00f3n inspectora.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">M<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e1s de 2.000 empresa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0han sido investigadas por Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">en relaci\u00f3n con el<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0registro de jornada.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">De los 500 expedientes que se han concluido,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">10<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">7<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">de ellos\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">se han saldado con multas<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">A otras 189 empresas se les ha requerido una subsanaci\u00f3n por situaciones irregulares; El registro de las horas de la jornada permite a las empresas controlar que los empleados cumplen las horas de trabajo pactadas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"11\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Potenciar la\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">conciliaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de vida familiar y laboral<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><\/strong><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Las infracciones de control horario, adem\u00e1s de constituir una pr\u00e1ctica de competencia desleal, contribuyen al crecimiento de la\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">econom\u00eda sumergida<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0a la vez que merman las arcas de la Seguridad Social.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para ello, el r\u00e9gimen sancionador de la ley se divide\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">seg\u00fan el tipo de\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">abuso<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">Infracciones leves<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0(de 60\u20ac a 625\u20ac): por no informar correctamente o no comunicar en absoluto las principales condiciones laborales.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">Infracciones graves<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0(de 625\u20ac a 6.250\u20ac)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">: por horas extra no computadas ni pagadas o por irregularidades en los horarios acordados.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">Infracciones muy graves<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0(de 6.250\u20ac a 187.515\u20ac):\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">las sanciones m\u00e1s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0cuantiosas se impondr\u00e1n cuando se incremente el n\u00famero de horas extra y no se reflejen en un cambio de tipo de contrario. Una empresa tambi\u00e9n puede ser multada por infracci\u00f3n muy grave cuando se supere el m\u00e1ximo legal de 80 horas extra anuales o no se paguen adecuadamente.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El Ministerio ha anunciado que, en 2020, la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo pondr\u00e1 en marcha, junto con las CCAA, una campa\u00f1a espec\u00edfica de control horario laboral.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span data-contrast=\"none\">Las obligaciones de la normativa de control horario<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:280}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La nueva normativa entr\u00f3 en vigor el\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">12 de mayo de 2019<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">reformando<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">cuatro art\u00edculos del Estatuto de los Trabajadores (4, 12, 34 y 35)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">De este modo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, establec\u00eda<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">para todas las empresas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">la obligatoriedad de llevar a cabo un\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">registro<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de horas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">tambi\u00e9n para los empleados a jor<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ada completa.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span
