data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0el registro de horas extra en el sector educativo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en muchos casos\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">requiere\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">una planificaci\u00f3n previa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-listid=\"2\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para realizar el control horario de los docentes,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">conviene elaborar un calendario laboral a principio de curso donde se especifiquen las horas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lectivas y no lectivas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0de cada profesor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El 12 de mayo de 2019 entr\u00f3 en vigor la nueva\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">normativa de\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/es-es\/productos\/sage-control-horario\/\"><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">control horario<\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0obligatorio<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">con varios objetivos clave:<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0reducir las\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">horas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">trabajadas no pagadas, combatir el fraude de las jornadas completas encubiertas como parciales<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">reducir el absentismo laboral y\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mejorar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0la conciliaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/es-es\/blog\/todo-lo-que-tienes-que-saber-sobre-el-control-horario-y-registro-de-jornadas-en-el-ambito-laboral\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">normativa<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0establece para todas las empresas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, tengan\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">uno<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0o\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">un\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">mil<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l\u00f3n de empleados<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0la obligatoriedad de llevar un registro\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de la jornada\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">laboral de cada uno de ellos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0En concreto, los requisitos son los siguientes:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Registrar la hora de inicio y de fin de la jornada de trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Organizar\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">y documentar\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">el registro mediante negociaci\u00f3n colectiva, acuerdo de empresa o decisi\u00f3n del empresario, previa consulta a los representantes de los trabajadores. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tener los registros a disposici\u00f3n de los trabajadores, sus representantes legales o la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Conservaci\u00f3n de los registros durante 4 a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para controlar el horario de los trabajadores, las empresas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">debe<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n elegir\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">un sistema que sea<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vera<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">z<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">no manipulable<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0y\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">garantice el cumplimiento de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/es-es\/rgpd\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">ley<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de protecci\u00f3n de datos<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Los m\u00e9todos <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">resultados<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de la ley de control horario<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Aunque es pronto para conocer su alcance, la ley de control horario\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">parece haber tenido un efecto\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">en el primer trimestre completo desde su aplicaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan los datos del INE del tercer trimestre de 2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">las horas extra no pagadas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">han pasado<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de 2,91 a\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">2,22 millones de horas semanales<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0desde el per\u00edodo anterior<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0registrado<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Mientras tanto, las horas cotizadas han aumentado un 2%, de 3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">1 a\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">3,17 millones<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de horas extra a la semana.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-contrast=\"none\">En Espa\u00f1a, el 58,5% de l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s 5,39 millones de horas extra recogidas en la EPA son remuneradas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Asimismo, en los primeros seis meses desde la aplicaci\u00f3n de la normativa, Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ha sancionado<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0a 107 empresas por no implementar o aplicar correctamente sistemas de registro de jornadas. La cantidad de las primeras sanciones por la ley de registro horario asciende a 113.000 euros en total.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">El control horario obligatorio<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0ha afectado en diferente medida a las horas\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">extraordinarias<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de los diferentes sectores profesionales, donde<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0adem\u00e1s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0influyen otros factores como el volumen de actividad o\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">la propia naturaleza del trabajo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">De hecho, e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">n algunas ramas profesionales<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">existen<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0peculiaridades<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">suscitan dudas sobre cu\u00e1l es<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0la forma\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">adecuada<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de aplicar\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">el registro horario<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
