Moyennant diff\u00e9rents tableaux de bord pertinents, elles ont ainsi une vue d\u2019ensemble imm\u00e9diate de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malheureusement, beaucoup d\u2019entreprises n\u2019\u00e9tablissent des reportings que p\u00e9riodiquement. Par cons\u00e9quent, elles ne peuvent intervenir que lorsqu\u2019il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop tard&#8230; Elles ratent ainsi des occasions de prendre des mesures imm\u00e9diates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-problemes-de-donnees\">Probl\u00e8mes de donn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Sage, 86&nbsp;% des chefs d\u2019entreprise d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019un manque de coop\u00e9ration ou de communication est probl\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, afin d\u2019avoir une vue d\u2019ensemble d\u2019une situation ou d\u2019un point donn\u00e9, ils doivent contacter au moins cinq interlocuteurs diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un constat semblable se pose lors de la cr\u00e9ation de rapports traditionnels. Dans ce contexte, voici les trois probl\u00e8mes les plus importants qui se pr\u00e9sentent dans les entreprises qui ne dressent des rapports que p\u00e9riodiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-l-information-n-est-pas-a-jour\">1. L\u2019information n\u2019est pas \u00e0 jour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les informations utilis\u00e9es le jour o\u00f9 un rapport doit \u00eatre soumis sont \u00e0 jour. Si le rapport est utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure, il appara\u00eet clairement que l\u2019information est d\u00e9j\u00e0\u2026 p\u00e9rim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le service financier d\u2019une entreprise a d\u2019abord besoin de recueillir des informations aupr\u00e8s de diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements avant de pouvoir r\u00e9diger le rapport, cela peut prendre des jours, voire des semaines, pour arriver \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat. Au moment o\u00f9 les dirigeants examineront le rapport, ce dernier sera d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment d\u00e9pass\u00e9\u2026 Dans ce cas, la direction est tenue d\u2019agir sur la base d\u2019informations anciennes plut\u00f4t que des informations en temps r\u00e9el. Les d\u00e9cisions cons\u00e9cutives sont ainsi fond\u00e9es sur des hypoth\u00e8ses et non sur ce qui se passe dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat. Par cons\u00e9quent, plus les connaissances sont r\u00e9centes, plus il est probable que les gestionnaires prendront les bonnes d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-l-information-est-fragmentee\">2. L\u2019information est fragment\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme les donn\u00e9es proviennent de diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements, il est fort peu probable que toutes les donn\u00e9es concordent. Par exemple, le service ventes peut recueillir des informations sur la p\u00e9riode la plus r\u00e9cente, mais la production des biens vendus \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 intervenue ant\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement financier peut faire concorder ces donn\u00e9es et les convertir en informations, mais cette approche est assortie d\u2019un risque d\u2019erreur qui se traduira ensuite dans la prise de mauvaises d\u00e9cisions par la direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019information peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre manipul\u00e9e et, en raison de l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation, il se peut que les collaborateurs ne puissent pas inclure certaines informations dans un rapport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de peuvent \u00eatre lourdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-silos-de-donnees\">3. Silos de donn\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements entendent bel et bien aligner leurs informations sur les objectifs de l\u2019entreprise, ils s\u2019achoppent souvent \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes avec lesquels ils travaillent. Le d\u00e9partement financier utilise un ou plusieurs logiciels de comptabilit\u00e9, la production utilise, entre autres, un logiciel de gestion d\u2019entrep\u00f4t (WMS), le marketing utilise principalement le CRM\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque syst\u00e8me a ses propres possibilit\u00e9s de reporting qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent tr\u00e8s ardues \u00e0 d\u00e9chiffrer par les autres d\u00e9partements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle est donc la solution&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un reporting p\u00e9riodique n\u2019est pas la mani\u00e8re la plus ad\u00e9quate de dresser des rapports de qualit\u00e9.
