Quels sont vos projets pour 2020? Que cherchez-vous \u00e0 accomplir et comment vous y prendrez-vous pour y parvenir? Si vous n\u2019y avez pas encore r\u00e9ellement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, pas de probl\u00e8me! Nous vous donnons dans cet article quelques conseils afin de concr\u00e9tiser vos objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-ne-vous-fixez-pas-trop-d-objectifs\">1. Ne vous fixez pas trop d\u2019objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste des objectifs est souvent bien longue. Ce qui n\u2019est toutefois pas une bonne id\u00e9e dans la mesure o\u00f9 les chances de r\u00e9ussite s\u2019en trouvent sensiblement r\u00e9duites. Une meilleure m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 se concentrer sur un ou deux objectifs. Vous r\u00e9duirez ainsi la dose de stress et les chances de succ\u00e8s s\u2019en trouveront renforc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La le\u00e7on n\u00b01 est donc de l\u00e2cher prise. Vous ne pouvez pas tout optimiser au sein de votre entreprise en une seule ann\u00e9e. Attaquez-vous d\u00e8s lors aux choses que vous estimez \u00eatre les plus urgentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-evaluez-ce-que-vous-faites\">2. Evaluez ce que vous faites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez d\u2019optimiser un processus ou une m\u00e9thode de travail en particulier, veillez \u00e0 pouvoir mesurer les changements apport\u00e9s. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019ainsi que vous pourrez objectiver l\u2019impact des changements que vous effectuez. C\u2019est certes un clich\u00e9 mais l\u2019expression \u201cmesurer, c\u2019est savoir\u201d n\u2019a rien de farfelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-cloud-cloud-cloud\">3. Cloud, cloud, cloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n\u2019avez pas encore saut\u00e9 le pas du num\u00e9rique et vous d\u00e9sirez, enfin, vous d\u00e9barrasser de ces montagnes de papier? Vous d\u00e9sirez pouvoir acc\u00e9der \u00e0 tout moment et de n\u2019importe o\u00f9 \u00e0 vos documents et pouvoir d\u00e9cider vous-m\u00eame de votre lieu et p\u00e9riode de travail? Alors, il est grand temps de passer au cloud. Cela vous \u00e9pargnera pas mal de soucis et vos performances ne pourront que s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-communiquez-au-sujet-de-vos-objectifs\">4. Communiquez au sujet de vos objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous d\u00e9sirez accro\u00eetre vos chances d\u2019atteindre vos objectifs? Faites-les conna\u00eetre \u00e0 vos collaborateurs. D\u00e8s qu\u2019ils sauront quels sont les objectifs, vous n\u2019aurez gu\u00e8re d\u2019autre choix que de les concr\u00e9tiser r\u00e9ellement. Vous mettre un brin de pression ne peut jamais faire de tort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-soyez-positif\">5. Soyez positif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiconque se concentre uniquement sur les probl\u00e8mes passe souvent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des opportunit\u00e9s. Posez d\u00e8s lors un regard positif sur les choses qui se passent autour de vous. Vous augmenterez ainsi vos chances de rep\u00e9rer des opportunit\u00e9s que vous pourrez saisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-soyez-ambitieux\">6. Soyez ambitieux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne vous facilitez par ailleurs pas trop les choses lorsque vous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez \u00e0 ce que vous d\u00e9sirez atteindre. Soyez r\u00e9aliste mais osez \u00e9galement \u00eatre ambitieux. Vous r\u00e9aliserez ainsi de plus grandes choses!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-pensez-a-vos-clients-et-a-vos-collaborateurs\">7. Pensez \u00e0 vos clients et \u00e0 vos collaborateurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez pas uniquement \u00e0 ce que vous d\u00e9sirez atteindre mais r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aussi \u00e0 ce que veulent vos clients et vos collaborateurs. Vous avez aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de simplement leur poser la question.
