Manual HR processes are burdensome : automation increases accuracy and frees up staff for more important work

As a not-for-profit, CCS must allocate resources carefully and focus as much as possible on serving the community. The team realized that HR processes were mostly paper-based (and thus prone to error) and time-consuming. Automating HR would make processes faster and more accurate and would free up time and money to improve community services and enhance staff wellbeing.
