Avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, un absent\u00e9isme en hausse, et par cons\u00e9quent un effectif r\u00e9duit, force est de constater que leurs t\u00e2ches se sont complexifi\u00e9es au cours de ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Focus sur les principales difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es et les leviers existants pour simplifier la donne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-veritable-enjeu-rh\">Un v\u00e9ritable enjeu RH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s profitent des mois de juillet et ao\u00fbt pour poser deux \u00e0 trois semaines de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, il est bon de rappeler qu\u2019il revient \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019organisation des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s au sein de son entreprise. Et pour cause, un d\u00e9part massif et mal g\u00e9r\u00e9 ne sera pas sans poser des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019organisation au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Ainsi, depuis la <strong>loi Travail<\/strong>, sauf accord d&rsquo;entreprise, d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement, convention ou accord de branche, la loi permet \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur de <strong>d\u00e9finir la p\u00e9riode de prise des cong\u00e9s<\/strong> et <strong>l&rsquo;ordre des d\u00e9parts<\/strong>. Une lourde mission qui revient au d\u00e9partement RH d\u00e9j\u00e0 souvent \u00e9cras\u00e9 par le poids des t\u00e2ches administratives. <strong>65 % des RH d\u00e9clarent ainsi manquer de temps et de ressources<\/strong> dans l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-tissot.fr\/page_contenu\/barometre-2022-les-rh-au-quotidien\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9dition 2022 du Barom\u00e8tre d\u00e9di\u00e9 au quotidien des RH r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les \u00e9ditions Tissot<\/a>, soit une hausse de 4 % par rapport \u00e0 celui de l\u2019an dernier. Et cela ne va pas en s\u2019arrangeant puisque 84 % des RH d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre davantage sollicit\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s, soit 9 points de plus qu\u2019en 2021. Pour pallier ce manque de temps et d\u00e9charger les RH de t\u00e2ches chronophages et \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e, <strong>donner plus d\u2019autonomie aux collaborateurs gr\u00e2ce au digital<\/strong> para\u00eet donc plus que jamais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vers-une-digitalisation-de-la-gestion-des-conges\">Vers une digitalisation de la gestion des cong\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les erreurs, gagner du temps, simplifier l\u2019interaction avec les collaborateurs, s\u2019\u00e9pargner le fameux tableau Excel ou encore r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies de papier, de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises optent ainsi pour un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/sirh-definition-fonction-avantages\/\">SIRH<\/a> 100 % Cloud et facile d\u2019utilisation. Et en mati\u00e8re de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices apport\u00e9s par la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation, la gestion des cong\u00e9s n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vers-une-autonomie-des-collaborateurs\">Vers une autonomie des collaborateurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce aux solutions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/glossaire\/cloud-computing-definition-du-cloud-computing\/\">en Cloud<\/a>, une simple application mobile peut ainsi permettre aux salari\u00e9s de visualiser leur planning, consulter leur solde de cong\u00e9s qui est mis \u00e0 jour automatiquement, et poser directement une demande sans avoir besoin de s\u2019adresser au service RH. L\u2019objectif ? Impliquer les collaborateurs en leur donnant plus d\u2019autonomie dans la gestion de leurs cong\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-au-service-d-une-meilleure-gestion-en-mobilite\">Au service d\u2019une meilleure gestion en mobilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toujours gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce type d\u2019applications, le process de demande de cong\u00e9s peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de n\u2019importe o\u00f9, depuis le bureau ou \u00e0 distance, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un atout non n\u00e9gligeable \u00e0 l\u2019heure de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et de la mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-gain-de-temps-pour-les-rh\">Un gain de temps pour les RH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des RH, cette automatisation leur permet de se<strong> d\u00e9charger de t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/strong>. Ils n\u2019ont plus \u00e0 intervenir manuellement dans la gestion des cong\u00e9s.
