En tant qu&rsquo;entrepreneur-citoyen, vous disposez pourtant de moyens accessibles pour \u00e9valuer la pertinence de la strat\u00e9gie adopt\u00e9e au sein de votre TPE\/PME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ISO 26000 : le socle de votre strat\u00e9gie <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Notations extra-financi\u00e8res, indices de classement, certifications en tout genre\u2026 il existe de nombreux r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels et m\u00e9thodes pour mesurer la Responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises (RSE), pouvant occasionner confusion et m\u00eame scepticisme. Pourtant, <strong>une norme fait consensus et doit servir de base \u00e0 votre strat\u00e9gie : ISO 26000<\/strong>. Bien qu\u2019elle ne constitue pas une certification, cette norme \u00e9dit\u00e9e par Afnor permet aux entreprises de s\u2019engager, \u00e0 titre volontaire, dans une d\u00e9marche de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 la hauteur de leur organisation. Adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 tout type d&rsquo;organisation, quels que soient son domaine d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et sa taille, <strong>la norme ISO 26000 s&rsquo;articule autour de 7 th\u00e9matiques centrales<\/strong> qui doivent vous permettre de d\u00e9fricher le terrain :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la gouvernance de l&rsquo;organisation ;<\/li><li>les droits de l&rsquo;homme ;<\/li><li>les relations et conditions de travail ;<\/li><li>l&rsquo;environnement ;<\/li><li>la loyaut\u00e9 des pratiques ;<\/li><li>les questions relatives aux consommateurs ;<\/li><li>les communaut\u00e9s et le d\u00e9veloppement local.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Pour vos premiers pas<\/strong> : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afnor.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/ISO26000-en-10-questions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La norme ISO 26000 en 10 questions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;Les indicateurs RSE, au c\u0153ur de votre politique d\u2019entreprise<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Le diagnostic est le point de d\u00e9part essentiel<\/strong> pour \u00e9valuer votre performance actuelle et fixer des objectifs pertinents et chiffr\u00e9s \u00e0 atteindre. En vous basant sur la norme ISO 26000, vous devez tout d&rsquo;abord d\u00e9finir les indicateurs RSE qui vous semblent les plus pertinents. Leur choix est important car c\u2019est eux qui constitueront le socle de votre strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Seules 8 % des entreprises int\u00e8grent des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s \u00e0 leur strat\u00e9gie RSE<sup>1<\/sup>. Il est pourtant essentiel aujourd\u2019hui que vous soyez en mesure de communiquer des indicateurs concrets sur vos engagements, que ce soit aupr\u00e8s de vos clients mais aussi de vos collaborateurs :&nbsp; alors que les recrutements peinent dans de nombreux secteurs, il faut noter que les candidats pond\u00e8rent de plus en plus fortement leurs choix d\u2019int\u00e9grer une entreprise ou non par ses engagements RSE : une \u00e9tude d\u00e9voil\u00e9e par YouGov en octobre 2021 relevait que les crit\u00e8res RSE \u00e9taient d\u00e9terminant pour presque la moiti\u00e9 des Fran\u00e7ais et pou<strong>r 55 % des 18-24 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En tant que dirigeant d\u2019une TPE \/ PME, vous pouvez <strong>classifier vos indicateurs RSE en 4 grandes cat\u00e9gories<\/strong>, adapt\u00e9es aux enjeux de votre organisation. Libre \u00e0 vous ensuite de centrer votre d\u00e9marche sur un axe sp\u00e9cifique et\/ou de s\u00e9lectionner les crit\u00e8res conformes \u00e0 vos engagements d&rsquo;entrepreneur-citoyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Environnement<\/strong> : consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, \u00e9mission de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, volume de d\u00e9chets, consommation d&rsquo;eau, composition de la flotte de v\u00e9hicules\u2026 autant d&rsquo;indicateurs qui doivent vous permettre d&rsquo;analyser votre performance RSE d&rsquo;un point de vue environnemental.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Social<\/strong> : r\u00e9partition hommes\/femmes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/index-egalite-femme-homme-les-obligations\/\">\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale<\/a>, \u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, taux de personnes handicap\u00e9es dans l\u2019effectif, nombre de salari\u00e9s form\u00e9s, turnover, accident du travail (fr\u00e9quence, gravit\u00e9, etc.) ou encore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/augmenter-engagement-collaborateurs\/\">taux d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Achat responsable<\/strong> : montant achet\u00e9 \u00e0 des entreprises locales, nombre de fournisseurs engag\u00e9s dans une d\u00e9marche RSE, impact RSE des projets auxquels l&rsquo;entreprise participe, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/dematerialisation-factures-fournisseurs\/\">d\u00e9lai de r\u00e8glement moyen des fournisseurs<\/a>, nombre de contentieux ou encore actions de lutte anticorruption.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Soci\u00e9tal<\/strong> : contribution au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique local, nombre d&#8217;emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans votre bassin d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, montant des investissements dans des projets locaux ou solidaires, nombre d\u2019investissements responsables, etc.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Exemple<\/strong> : le diagnostic vous permet de constater qu\u2019il existe un \u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de 1 pour 5 entre le salaire le plus faible et le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Pour les organisations les plus mobilis\u00e9es sur la question RSE, elle peut n\u00e9anmoins <strong>servir de base pour certifier votre strat\u00e9gie, voire m\u00eame pour la labelliser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La certification<\/strong> : vous pouvez soumettre votre organisation \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation ISO 26000, telle que Vigeo 26000 ou AFAQ 26000 par exemple. R\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un cabinet d&rsquo;audit (Bureau Veritas, Ecocert, etc.), cette certification s\u2019appuie sur des crit\u00e8res objectifs propres \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel.<\/li><li><strong>La labellisation <\/strong>: l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante consiste \u00e0 labelliser votre d\u00e9marche, notamment dans l&rsquo;optique de pouvoir communiquer sur votre engagement. Attention cependant \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner un label ind\u00e9pendant, s&rsquo;appuyant sur la norme ISO 26000 et construit dans une optique de progression, tels que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labellucie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>LUCIE<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.label-pmeplus.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>PME+<\/em><\/a> selon vos perspectives, et <a href=\"https:\/\/certification.afnor.org\/developpement-durable-rse\/label-engage-rse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Engag\u00e9 RSE<\/em><\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Enfin, notez que si vous consid\u00e9rez qu\u2019une certification ou une labellisation est tout \u00e0 fait hors de port\u00e9e pour votre entreprise, s\u2019engager dans cette d\u00e9marche sera \u00e0 tout le moins un premier jalon vers des actions concr\u00e8tes et plus marqu\u00e9es. Une dynamique b\u00e9n\u00e9fique aux yeux de vos clients, collaborateurs, mais parfois aussi pour vos finances.
