Car la digitalisation RH apporte une partie de la solution au principal sujet RH du moment&nbsp;: la fid\u00e9lisation des talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ressource dans la guerre des talents, <strong>la digitalisation RH accompagne l\u2019\u00e9volution de la fonction<\/strong>. De ce fait, la fonction RH se trouve au pied du mur pour d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles ressources d\u2019attractivit\u00e9, renforcer la fid\u00e9lisation des personnes en place et s\u2019assurer de l\u2019engagement de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La fid\u00e9lisation des talents, fondement de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 RH des entreprises<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus en plus, la p\u00e9nurie de talents affecte la capacit\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre leur plan strat\u00e9gique dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. Or, recruter \u00e9tant devenu de plus en plus difficile, <strong>la r\u00e9tention des talents en place devient un fondement de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et de l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/gestion-des-competences-innovation\/\">\u2019innovation<\/a><\/strong>. Un imp\u00e9ratif de la politique RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il y a urgence \u00e0 agir&nbsp;! Un tiers des chefs d\u2019entreprise fran\u00e7ais s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une hausse des d\u00e9missions en 2023 par rapport \u00e0 2022<sup>1<\/sup>, ann\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 marqu\u00e9e par un taux inhabituellement \u00e9lev\u00e9 de ruptures de contrats. Statistiquement, <strong>un CDI sign\u00e9 en France a 36 % de risques de ne pas d\u00e9passer une ann\u00e9e en 2023<\/strong><sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est pourquoi <strong>donner aux collaborateurs de nouvelles raisons de rester dans l\u2019entreprise et leur proposer de nouvelles sources de motivation au travail<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentent le principal enjeu RH du premier semestre 2023 pour 60 % des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise<sup>1<\/sup>. Il est temps que la digitalisation RH fasse son entr\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le DRH, architecte du bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que peut la fonction RH face \u00e0 la vague de remise en cause de leur attachement \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise par les salari\u00e9s&nbsp;? Beaucoup, si elle accepte de se transformer pour <strong>adopter une approche davantage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des aspirations individuelles<\/strong>. Au demeurant, les acteurs RH y semblent pr\u00eats. Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<sup>3<\/sup>, 73 % des leaders RH et 76 % de leurs plus proches collaborateurs consid\u00e8rent que la marche \u00e0 franchir consiste \u00e0 quitter la posture administrative au profit de la posture strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui donne au salari\u00e9 l\u2019envie de rester, <strong>c\u2019est l\u2019attention qu\u2019on lui porte et les moyens valorisants qu\u2019on lui donne pour am\u00e9liorer son exp\u00e9rience collaborateur<\/strong>. Pour Thomas Chardin, expert reconnu de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des Ressources Humaines en France<sup>4<\/sup>, la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur doit \u00eatre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/le-core-rh-createur-audace-manageriale\/\">grande affaire de la fonction RH<\/a> en 2023, combinant en particulier&nbsp;: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un projet dans lequel le salari\u00e9 se reconna\u00eet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exercer sa mission avec les outils adapt\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une ambiance de travail exigeante et respectueuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce fait, la responsabilit\u00e9 de la fonction RH revient \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les conditions de l\u2019attachement des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. Mais aussi \u00e0 <strong>promouvoir les mesures, les outils et les d\u00e9marches \u00e0 la disposition des collaborateurs et de leurs managers<\/strong>. 90 % des leaders RH affirment d\u2019ailleurs regarder comme partie int\u00e9grante de leur fonction la promotion d\u2019une culture centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des talents au sein de l\u2019organisation<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les outils RH d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s, cr\u00e9ateurs d\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur positive<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fid\u00e9lisation et le recrutement des talents de l\u2019entreprise ne sont pas du seul ressort de la fonction RH. <strong>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/liberer-lenergie-des-entreprises\/\">personnalit\u00e9 des dirigeants<\/a>, l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 des managers et bien s\u00fbr les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/responsabilite-environnementale-entreprises\/\">valeurs de l\u2019entreprise<\/a> jouent une place centrale dans son attractivit\u00e9 RH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais la fonction RH dispose de nombreux leviers pour agir, \u00e0 commencer par le constant rappel de la valeur strat\u00e9gique des talents au sein de l\u2019organisation. Et parmi les ressources \u2018\u2019techniques\u2019\u2019 dont elle dispose, <strong>les outils de digitalisation RH au service des employ\u00e9s sont toujours cit\u00e9s parmi les outils d\u2019avenir<\/strong>, \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 dans une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude<sup>3<\/sup> avec les outils d\u2019analyse et la migration dans le Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment, relev\u00e9 dans une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par OpinionWay, \u00e9claire d\u2019un jour inattendu les vertus de la transformation digitale RH dans la guerre des talents. <strong>55 % des salari\u00e9s, contre 35 % des d\u00e9cisionnaires RH seulement, regardent la digitalisation RH comme un facteur d\u2019attractivit\u00e9<\/strong><sup>5<\/sup>. De \u2018\u2019technique\u2019\u2019, la transformation digitale RH en deviendrait presque strat\u00e9gique&nbsp;! &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En conclusion, la fonction RH dispose pour les ann\u00e9es qui viennent d\u2019une <strong>opportunit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s forte pour renforcer sa position au sein de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>. Quand c\u2019est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9unir et \u00e0 coordonner les talents qui fait le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise, le DRH est forc\u00e9ment per\u00e7u comme un pilier de la cr\u00e9ation de valeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 lui de savoir exploiter toutes les ressources qui s\u2019offrent \u00e0 lui. Pour se donner les moyens d\u2019attirer de nouveaux talents mais surtout pour conserver ceux de l\u2019entreprise. <strong>Un d\u00e9fi que la transformation digitale RH peut heureusement
