De ce fait, la fonction RH se trouve au pied du mur pour d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles ressources d\u2019attractivit\u00e9, renforcer la fid\u00e9lisation des personnes en place et s\u2019assurer de l\u2019engagement de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qui doute encore de la dimension strat\u00e9gique de la fonction RH&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas la fonction RH en tout cas. 73 % des DRH et m\u00eame 76 % de leurs collaborateurs consid\u00e8rent que la fonction RH doit \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>quitter la posture administrative au profit de la posture strat\u00e9gique<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour autant, tout n\u2019est pas si facile pour la fonction, puisque <strong>95 % des leaders RH consid\u00e8rent que la p\u00e9riode est vraiment tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender<\/strong> et g\u00e9n\u00e8re du travail comme jamais dans la fonction RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quel rapport avec les solutions de digitalisation RH&nbsp;? L\u2019impact&nbsp;! En effet, <strong>la modernisation du SI RH et la mise en main d\u2019outils fluides est un levier d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de fid\u00e9lisation<\/strong><sup>2<\/sup>. L\u2019impact, dont les leaders RH ressentent que la perception par les autres fonctions de l\u2019entreprise est cl\u00e9 pour accompagner la reconnaissance de la dimension strat\u00e9gique de leur contribution<sup>1<\/sup>. Ind\u00e9pendamment de soulager la charge de travail de la fonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonne nouvelle, 57 % des leaders RH interrog\u00e9s ajoutent appr\u00e9cier leur m\u00e9tier et ne pas avoir envie d\u2019en changer. Plus fort encore, <strong>91 % des DRH se d\u00e9clarent \u2018\u2019excit\u00e9s par l\u2019avenir de leur m\u00e9tier\u2019\u2019<sup>1<\/sup><\/strong>. La fonction RH est en marche vers la conqu\u00eate de sa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/la-marge-de-manoeuvre-fondement-de-lagilite\/\">l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fort bien, mais pour quoi faire&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div class=\"single-cta\">\n\t<a\n\t\tclass=\"button button--primary gate-330c2751-186b-4497-8268-7583c614bcf8\"\n\t\trole=\"button\"\n\t\tdata-button-location=\"content_area\"\n\t\thref=\"#gate-330c2751-186b-4497-8268-7583c614bcf8\"\n\t>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le livre blanc \u00ab\u00a0La digitalisation des outils RH, un levier d\u2019attractivit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La guerre des talents, b\u00e2ton de mar\u00e9chal pour le DRH<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le RH strat\u00e8ge se reconna\u00eet \u00e0 4 caract\u00e9ristiques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il soutient la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 travers le plan d\u2019actions RH\u00a0: recrutement, formation, mobilit\u00e9. <strong>Les bonnes personnes avec le bon profil au bon endroit au bon moment<\/strong>. La bataille d&rsquo;Austerlitz a \u00e9t\u00e9 gagn\u00e9e selon ce principe\u00a0!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il <strong>nourrit l\u2019inspiration strat\u00e9gique et \u00e9claire la prise de d\u00e9cision<\/strong>. L\u00e0, la digitalisation RH n\u2019est pas loin, en tout cas dans sa version de RH Intelligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il porte la culture d\u2019entreprise et <strong>entretient l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs<\/strong>. En pleine guerre des talents, cette dimension constitue un tremplin pour la fonction RH qui sait y faire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il <strong>anime la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale<\/strong>, avec l\u2019ambition de pouvoir disputer au DAF la dimension de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/accompagner-la-transformation-du-daf-en-chief-impact-officer\/\">Chief Impact Officer&nbsp;<\/a><\/em>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans notre \u00e9tude de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<sup>1<\/sup>, <strong>32 % des leaders RH et 41% de la fonction RH consid\u00e8rent que leur m\u00e9tier va continuer \u00e0 grandir en importance <\/strong>au sein de&nbsp;l\u2019entreprise au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es. Pour ce qui est des perspectives, les collaborateurs voient plus grand que le DRH&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e0 o\u00f9 tout le monde s\u2019accorde, c\u2019est sur le constat de la mont\u00e9e en puissance du facteur humain au sein de leur organisation. Tr\u00e8s clairement, <strong>la performance du management des femmes et des hommes de l\u2019entreprise est \u00e0 la source de son succ\u00e8s<\/strong>. Et m\u00eame parfois de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux commandes de ses clients, quand on songe que 372 100 emplois \u00e9taient vacants au 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> trimestre 2022, derni\u00e8re statistique connue<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">58 % des leaders RH interrog\u00e9s mettent en avant <strong>l\u2019importance des facteurs d\u2019adh\u00e9sion et d\u2019appropriation culturelle de la part des salari\u00e9s<\/strong> dans l\u2019optimisation de la performance<sup>1<\/sup>. Ils ont bien compris que la notion m\u00eame de \u2018\u2019ressource humaine\u2019\u2019 gagne \u00e0 s\u2019effacer au profit de celle de \u2018\u2019talent\u2019\u2019, creuset de valeurs, de savoir-faire et d\u2019engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La digitalisation RH, levier de fid\u00e9lisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comment attirer et en tout cas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/la-guerre-des-talents-en-tete-de-lagenda-rh\/\">retenir les talents&nbsp;<\/a>? Ces profils aux comp\u00e9tences rares et aux savoir-\u00eatre qui font gagner les entreprises&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a bien \u00e9videmment les fondamentaux du m\u00e9tier, que la fonction RH ma\u00eetrise sur le bout des doigts&nbsp;: r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, mobilit\u00e9, formation, ambiance de travail\u2026 Masi avec 372 100 emplois non pourvus et une tendance souvent d\u00e9crite \u00e0 la d\u00e9mission<sup>4<\/sup>, <strong>on sent bien que l\u2019arsenal a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre renouvel\u00e9<\/strong>. La digitalisation RH fait clairement partie de la solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019une part, parce que <strong>le num\u00e9rique fait gagner du temps et donc de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse \u00e0 la fonction RH<\/strong>. Ainsi, 86 % des leaders RH et 81 % de la fonction consid\u00e8rent que leur m\u00e9tier doit \u00eatre organis\u00e9 autour de trois priorit\u00e9s<sup>1<\/sup>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agilit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Souplesse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019autre part, parce que la fonction RH consid\u00e8re \u00e0 85 % que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9s va prendre toujours plus d\u2019importance dans leur mission. <strong>Le DRH se voit de plus en plus comme l\u2019architecte de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00eame \u00e9tude pr\u00e9cise que <strong>les outils de digitalisation RH au service des employ\u00e9s sortent en premier dans les outils d\u2019avenir<\/strong> (59 %), \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 avec les outils d\u2019analyse et la migration dans le Cloud. Le digital est le crayon de l\u2019architecte de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En conclusion, le DRH <em>business partner<\/em> s\u2019affirme comme une figure d\u2019avenir, servi par l\u2019urgence de la guerre des talents et aliment\u00e9 par les progr\u00e8s du num\u00e9rique appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la fonction. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il lui appartient pour autant de saisir les opportunit\u00e9s pour faire grandir sa fonction. <strong>Un d\u00e9fi que la transformation digitale RH <em>(accompagn\u00e9e du bon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/ressources-humaines-logiciels\/\">logiciel de ressources humaines<\/a>)<\/em><\/strong> <strong>peut heureusement l\u2019aider \u00e0 relever<\/strong>.
