Il d\u00e9cerne chaque ann\u00e9e des troph\u00e9es aux entreprises qui se distinguent dans le domaine des ressources humaines. La promotion de laur\u00e9ats r\u00e9compens\u00e9s en 2023 fait remonter trois grandes tendances RH<sup>1<\/sup>&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019ultra-personnalisation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9s<\/strong>, avec notamment des horaires individualis\u00e9s et des programmes adapt\u00e9s, dont le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La pratique d\u2019une \u00e9coute r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des \u00e9quipes<\/strong>, pour \u00e9valuer les impacts de changements d\u2019organisation mais \u00e9galement pour appr\u00e9cier l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 des \u00e9volutions strat\u00e9giques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019association \u00e9troite des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de la raison d\u2019\u00eatre de leur entreprise<\/strong>. Thomas Chardin, au cours d\u2019une masterclass Sage consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la guerre des talents<sup>2<\/sup>, a eu cette formule&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il faut savoir passer de l\u2019objectif de \u2018\u2019mettre l\u2019homme au c\u0153ur de l\u2019entreprise\u2019\u2019 \u00e0 celui de \u2018<strong>\u2019mettre l\u2019entreprise au c\u0153ur de l\u2019homme<\/strong>\u2019\u2019<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que <strong>58 % des entreprises affirment rencontrer des difficult\u00e9s fortes \u00e0 tr\u00e8s fortes pour recruter<\/strong><sup>3<\/sup>, le dirigeant fondateur de Parlons RH pr\u00e9cise sa pens\u00e9e. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il faut prendre conscience que les termes de l\u2019\u00e9change entre les collaborateurs et les entreprises ont chang\u00e9.&nbsp;Il faut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/gestion-employes-sadapter-au-new-normal-rh\/\">devenir int\u00e9ressant<\/a> pour ses clients RH<\/em><sup>1<\/sup>. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La digitalisation, effet positif garanti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cet effort pour m\u00e9riter l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des salari\u00e9s, la fonction RH peut compter sur la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des outils RH. Dont sept d\u00e9cisionnaires RH sur dix consid\u00e8rent que <strong>le premier b\u00e9n\u00e9fice est le gain de temps<\/strong><sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div class=\"single-cta\">\n\t<a\n\t\tclass=\"button button--primary gate-330c2751-186b-4497-8268-7583c614bcf8\"\n\t\trole=\"button\"\n\t\tdata-button-location=\"content_area\"\n\t\thref=\"#gate-330c2751-186b-4497-8268-7583c614bcf8\"\n\t>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le livre blanc \u00ab\u00a0La digitalisation des outils RH, un levier d\u2019attractivit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">82 % des d\u00e9cisionnaires RH<sup>5<\/sup> per\u00e7oivent un progr\u00e8s d\u00e8s lors que leur entreprise est engag\u00e9e dans un processus de transformation digitale. Et regardent les<strong> outils de digitalisation RH au service des employ\u00e9s comme les outils avec le plus fort avenir<\/strong> (59 %), \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 avec les outils d\u2019analyse <strong>et la migration dans le Cloud<\/strong>. Nous y arrivons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les outils num\u00e9rique RH am\u00e9liorent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand la transformation digitale RH est engag\u00e9e dans l\u2019entreprise, <strong>l\u2019appropriation est unanime<\/strong>. 93 % des salari\u00e9s recourent \u00e0 la solution de gestion des temps pour d\u00e9clarer leurs absences et demander des cong\u00e9s. 84 % ont adopt\u00e9 l\u2019application de d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des notes de frais et 83 % le coffre-fort num\u00e9rique<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sensibles \u00e0 la fluidit\u00e9 des usages, les collaborateurs sont \u00e9galement convaincus par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/la-guerre-des-talents-en-tete-de-lagenda-rh\/\">pouvoir d\u2019attractivit\u00e9<\/a> de la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation. <strong>64 % des salari\u00e9s estiment que la digitalisation RH est un plus dans le recrutement<\/strong><sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le Cloud RH, multiplicateur d\u2019impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La migration de ses ressources digitales RH dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/10-idees-recues-sur-le-cloud\/\">Cloud<\/a> induit trois b\u00e9n\u00e9fices&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La souplesse<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la possibilit\u00e9 de disposer d\u2019un surcro\u00eet de capacit\u00e9 en face d\u2019un pic de besoin de traitement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, en ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des lignes de d\u00e9fense mutualis\u00e9es, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral hors de port\u00e9e d\u2019une entreprise seule. Par exemple, Microsoft Azure investit plus d\u2019un milliard de dollars par an pour perfectionner et s\u00e9curiser son infrastructure Cloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La ma\u00eetrise budg\u00e9taire<\/strong>, au sens o\u00f9 l\u2019abonnement se substitue \u00e0 de multiples lignes d\u2019investissement, en infrastructure et en maintenance. Les experts estiment g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 30 \u00e0 40 % la baisse du co\u00fbt total de possession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais au-del\u00e0 des avantages g\u00e9n\u00e9riques du Cloud, d\u2019autres impacts, au service de la priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9, sont \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le Cloud RH. La migration permet en effet \u00e0 la fonction RH d\u2019\u00eatre <strong>plus facilement connect\u00e9e<\/strong>, et r\u00e9ciproquement, aux collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise, de mani\u00e8re individualis\u00e9e. De plus, la migration dans le Cloud facilite <strong>l\u2019enrichissement du SI RH avec des applications cibl\u00e9es<\/strong>. Pratique pour adapter les parcours de chacun, optimiser l\u2019\u00e9coute des collaborateurs ou partager davantage les projets de transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, pour les services Cloud les plus performants, migrer, c\u2019est aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une <strong>accessibilit\u00e9 quasi permanente<\/strong> 24 heures sur 24 (99,5 % par SPC<sup>6<\/sup>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>accompagnement expert pour faire \u00e9voluer sa configuration<\/strong>, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en moins d\u2019une journ\u00e9e. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sachant que les outils RH en place ne changent pas, ce qui \u00e9vite un temps d\u2019adaptation.
