persistance de l\u2019incertitude est certainement la seule certitude raisonnable lorsque l\u2019on se projette dans 2023.<br><strong>Pour le Directeur Financier, la question n\u2019est pas de savoir o\u00f9 l\u2019on va mais plut\u00f4t de cr\u00e9er les conditions de la r\u00e9activit\u00e9.<\/strong> Le DAF 2023 doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 tout ! Dans ce contexte, le bureau digital est un atout majeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00eat \u00e0 voir l\u2019inflation ench\u00e9rir les achats et peser sur les ventes. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire m\u00e9caniquement ob\u00e9rer le r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 offre et p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre \u00e9gaux. Pr\u00eat \u00e0 encaisser des tensions sur les ressources, talents, mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et \u00e9nergie. Donc \u00e0 devoir adapter son \u00e9valuation de la performance. Les cons\u00e9quences des risques externes peuvent \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9es, \u00e0 tout le moins amorties. Le d\u00e9couragement des \u00e9quipes peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9venu. La croissance peut \u00eatre cherch\u00e9e \u00e0 travers de nouveaux gisements de valeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sage.com\/fr-fr\/blog\/directeur-financier-leader-transformation-digitale\/\">DAF <\/a>n\u2019est pas le seul \u00e0 devoir porter le futur de l\u2019entreprise mais sa d\u00e9termination est essentielle pour entretenir la r\u00e9silience. Pour l\u2019aider, la double transformation, digitale et soci\u00e9tale, est cl\u00e9. Pas dans 3 ans, mais tout de suite.
